We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Cook #3 in the books

I had a couple of thick pork chops in the fridge so I picked the BBQ bible sour orange Caribbean recipe with a butter\pineapple\rum baste.  I added a roasted tomato\habenero salsa, tortillas and grilled corn on the cob.  All in all my best effort yet, it's nice to start to get the hang of the new toy.  It's really time to get a thermapen!
