Advice needed on 3.5 lbs whole grouper cook
Picked up a 3.5 lbs strawberry grouper on the way out of town yesterday at a seafood market in Holden Beach, NC. Could definitely use some pointers on how to prepare it. The fish came gutted and scaled. I was thinking about wrapping it in bananna leaves like the BGE cookbook recommends for the snapper cook. Any thoughts from you guys would be greatly appreciated.
