Finished pork butt

So the pork but was some kind of good. I've Cooked a few now but this one was buy far the best. 235* for a total of 17 hrs 37 minutes. Everyone said it was the best pulled pork they'd had to date. I'll take that.

    I didn't leave a pic because I anxiously dove in before pic. But here's a partial pic for what it's worth. This thing was great and it was my easiest pork butt yet. I just left it alone and really did nothing for 18 hrs. Also was surprised to still have some good lump left after such a long cook.

    Love pork butt, nice looking cook. Even better when you have the mouths you just fed, tell you it was awesome. Makes it so worthwhile.
