Wanted to try ribs again so i did 3 racks of baby backs we also made home made hamburger roll's along with some burgers and corn on the cob.Ribs were done on the large with 3 eyez rub and head country bbq sauce ,rolls ,corn and burgers on the xl .the rolls ,corn and ribs were all good the burgers little over done but still edible. Today thinking on trying the chicken bombs that a few have done here they all looked great and sound pretty tasty

@hapster i love my XL if i let the fire heat properly to 550/650 when doing pizza using the BGE Xl pizza stone i rarely get a flash back now on my large at that temp 9 out of 10 times i'll get one or at the very least flames all around the PS
