I don't know if we have tried the Southwest, but we love some of the other flavors.  We like the chopped variety and this one is staple.

    I imagine they are similar.

Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Let me know. I am always grabbing the store-brand mixes in a pinch.

The only one I have used is the Sesame Asian kit.  Added some grilled chicken boobies to it and it was good.
*edit* guess I used the Kroger version.

We eat this one all the time at our house.  We add 1 can of Heart of Palm and 1 can Artichoke Hearts.

We have been grabbing all versions of those chopped sales to mix with other greens. I like the crunch!
