After seeing his smiling mug for what seems like forever, I figured salmon would be in order for today, plus the missus said red meat every day for a week was too much... Did a cedar planked filet with Dizzy Pig Pineapple Head and a ginger jalapeƱo glaze. 25 minutes at 425 and it came out great - perfect moisture, nice touch of smoke and heat.
