Barbeque palooza day 2

First - I'm going to try and use less exclamation points in my titles..

Anyway, salt and pepper only, indirect setup at 225... meat on at 10:30 am. Overslept. I may have to use a crutch if these will be ready for dinner.

Smoke signals are up in steiner! It's going to be a long day waiting for noon...

Cooking faster than anticipated, hoping for a stall to hit soon. I'm at 150 IT, after about 2 hours. Looking good though.

    Results and money shot...

Results are good, they are done properly and taste fine. I think pork ribs are just better. Most other cuts can't be directly compared- brisket, pork butt, etc. Since I can directly compare, I think pork ribs are better.

I think I'm going to do something simple tomorrow, chicken abt or similar.

    Time for a good anejo.

No kidding. I love beef ribs, but can never any that meaty. I love beef ribs - possibly more than I love pork ribs.

Agreed I can get them occasionally but nothing like that. I did them 2 a week for a month last summer after I found a special on them at the grocery store. Long story short the wife put an end to that
