OT- Biltong Aka real beef jerky

Growing up in South Africa this is as common as Jerky is here. I finally got around to making some. I loosely followed this recipe, left out the Worcteshire sauce.http://www.food.com/recipe/south-african-biltong-309886?oc=linkback

I also made use of my dehydrator.
