Memorial Day Weekend Brisket and Pork Butt

Happy Memorial Day and thank you to all the Veterans!  Small brisket rubbed with Dizzy Pig Course Dizzy Dust and a 9 lb Boston butt rubbed with swamp venom.  Put on at 11 last night with some apple chunks and pulled the brisket at 8 this morning.    Finished quicker then I thought and my party isn't till 6 tonight so I FTC.  Not sure if it would be best to rest a couple hours then put it in the fridge or just leave it in a cooler.  I plan on warming in the oven.  Last time I FTC a pork butt for 9 hours the bark wasn't as good as normal so I'm thinking of shredding it if it finishes early then reheating latter.  Everyone have a great weekend!
