Pizza Sunday

Did three pizzas today and all came out Great!!, but I'm most proud of the roasted vegetable one. I grilled eggplant, red bell pepper, zucchini , fennel , sliced garlic drizzled with EVOO and white wine vinegar. Stretched out the dough and put a marinara base, spooned the vegetables , topped with fresh mozzarella and basil. It was awesome....never thought I would enjoy such a pizza ....man I was wrong!

    Actually I bought the dough at Sprouts and yes it had Italian herbs. Makes a big difference
