Alligator on the egg?

So I bought some alligator sirloin today. I'm going to rub with some basik with a little olive oil. Any other suggestions?

    my dad and i caught a 13 footer a few years back, the only way we found it to work for us was fried, but we butchered the thing and it was huge and wild.
