We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! Salmon and veggies

First time salmon on the egg and it couldn't have turned out better.

Coated in Raging River and let sit and soak in for about 20 minutes or so.

Coated the zucchini and asparagus lightly in oil and raging river.

Maple syrup and butter combined and warmed on the egg for a glaze.

Cook raised direct at 350ish for about 20 minutes or so.

Was very surprised at how good the raging river was as a first time user. Loved it. New go to salmon recipe for sure.
