Big Green Egg - EGGhead Forum - The Ultimate Cooking Experience...
We’re feeling pretty super, how about you? The big game is fast approaching, and while we love football, we love an excuse to invite people over and cook even more! You too can cook like a champion with recipes from Dr. BBQ’s NFL Gameday Cookbook: Grilled Tuna Sandwiches from Seattle and Baked Brie from New England. Who’s going to win? You’ll have to cook both to find out.

It's not to early to start drinking, right? First butts are on!

A little rain isn't going to scare me off. Part of the reason I bought this rig is for cooking in bad weather. While I look forward to seeing what it can do in the dead of winter I'm not in any hurry to get there. I am rocking 2 4 pound boneless Boston Butts. I like the ones w/bones better but this is what SWMBO provided me with. I am also using my Maverick for the first time today. image image image I don't see any reason not to start the day off with a breakfast beer. I almost consider it a safety issue as I would hate to be without liquid near a fire! Enjoy the day. I know I am going to. I also bought 4 tickets to the New England Eggfest yesterday. I am looking forward to that.
