My take on ABT

Sliced the jalapeños like little boats then mixed cream cheese with some chives and mild shredded cheddar. Used pounded chicken breast. (Only way wife would eat) Double wrapped in bacon to hold cheese in. (Side note. Sautéed the jalapeños for a few with some Pam). Grate temp of 350 indirect for 30 min. Of course ill try another version but very delicious. The people here are great!
