16 hours later dinner is ready

It was time to do an overnight cook with the new outdoor kitchen and we had beautiful weather to do it. DW requested pulled pork and who was I to argue with the boss? This 7lbs bone in pork butt was smoked with pecan wood and seasoned with the fan favorite Bad Byron's rub. The BGE does pulled pork like no other and I know they always say never love anything that can't love you back but I sure love this BGE. ;)
