Pulled pork salad and pulled pork pizza (pics)

Yesterday's Boston butt is today's salad and pizza. The pizza (cooked on the big clock) is just BBQ sauce, pork, and cheese. The salad has lettuce, tomato, pork, pickled okra, pickled jalapeños, boiled eggs,carrots, pineapple, cucumbers,cheese, and ranch.

7 year old son says "Daddy, this is the best pizza ever."

I say, "That's quite possibly the best damn salad I have ever eaten!"
