Quickie burgers

Hello all -

Picked up some 88/12 ground beef at Costco on the way home from work, needed something quick for tonight. Raised, direct @ 375 w/ Cow Lick. One with bacon and pepper jack the other naked.

They turned out really good! Simple, fast and delicious.

Only thing I'd maybe change is cooking to a slightly lower temp, took these to 150 internal on Thermapen. We like burgers about medium, this was more medium well, but still incredibly juicy!

Love cooking on the Egg, seriously make everything better.
