Did some nice kabobs direct at 600 for 5 minutes per side (chicken got an extra min each side). Beef had Montreal seasoning. Chicken had Dizzy Pg Redeye Express and tuna a bit of Dizzy Raging River. Beef and tuna perfect medium rare- chicken just right! Love my egg...
