I am one happy girl....

Paul, from the Big Green Egg store came out and replaced my gasket. No wonder I was having a real problem with flareups - there was a 1/4 inch gap in the back half of the egg. He was so helpful. He showed me how to adjust the bands, tighten the bolts and line everything up. It's not rocket science but it was a little intimidating. It only took him one hour and he used an emery stone and alcohol. Many ways to skin a gasket. Back to egging.....
