About to fire up my tri-tip and have searched the forum. Just need a quick sanity check on prosciutto wrapped asparagus and zucchini in regard to time and temp. Am having to grill direct as I have no plate setter or AR.
Thanks,

I have only done the green beans and prosciutto but I had the bean on for about 3 mins then I pulled and wrapped with the prosciutto and put back on for about 5 mins Everything was done at 400 degrees on diff was I went raised direct.-----------------------------------------analyze adapt overcome2008 -Large BGE. 2013- Small BGE and 2015 - Mini.
