whole chicken cook time

Any advice on cook time and temp for a 5lb whole chicken cooking indirectly?

    How are you going to cook it?  USDA just changes their guidelines.  I cook chicken either spatched or whole upside down on vertical roaster with butt high in the dome.  Pull when Thermapen reads 160 -65 breast 170 thighs.
    If you don't have a good temperature probe put that first on your wish list.

    About an hour and always cook to temp like @Austin Egghead said. I spatchcock and cook direct raised at 400. This one going on in a min. image

    Gonna do it whole inside a foil pan stuffed with mandarins and butter with a vinegar sauce and a garlic dry rub
