Easter Leg of Lamb
Boneless leg of lamb from Costco. Marinated over night in olive oil, chile powder, cumin, oregano & thyme & rosemary. Cooked indirect @ 300 basting w/olive oil, lemon, garlic & honey. Pulled @ 120
I'd hot that. Looks good. That temp wouldn't fly with my wife but looks solid to me
