Somebody have me a gift of a "Stainless charcoal firegrate". Suppose to help my egg start faster, better airflow, won't clog with ash. Anybody ever use one of these? Do they work? It replaces the grate with the small holes on the bottom. Thanks all

    Sounds like a hi que grate. Some folks around love them. Standard grate for me.
