We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. We especially love these Beer Pork Tenderloin and Ground Beef Acorn Squash recipes! Chicken on a stick

Used boneless thighs, cut into narrow lengths. Threaded two pieces per skewer. Covered in white bbq sauce, which swmbo and kids can't get enough of. Cooked raised direct, should have just gone direct. Firm bite, but tender and very moist on the inside. All but 4 skewers where eaten by family. Also had zuchini in evoo and season mix, no pic of the veggies that where cooked first, just got the pic of the lbge full of skewers.
