Just some BBQ PT's. rubbed with some cowlick. Seared direct. Indirect for the rest of the cook. Bon Vivant! Smokehouse BBQ sauce. Oven roasted sweet potato mushroom and onion. Broccoli for veg.

    They turned out sooooo good. Melt in yoru mouth. Even SWMBO said it was the best cook yet.

    One of my favorite things to make. Yours look great! I did the Pork Tenderloin with Black Berry Sauce… pics on saturday and have the second one for leftovers this week.
