Crutched Baby Back's with Honey, Butter, Brown Sugar & Bourbon

Options
Rack of baby backs cooked at 300 dome for about 4 hours until 180. Placed in foil meat side down on top of 1/4 cup butter, 2 tablespoons of honey, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar and 2 shots of bourbon. Placed foiled ribs in foil pan and back on egg for 30 minutes then remove foil and return ribs, meat side up to egg for another 15 minutes. Remove ribs to cutting board and cover loosely in foil for 10 to 15 minutes. The butter, honey & brown sugar provide a sweet smooth taste and the bourbon is a nice finishing flavor.
