Fired up the egg after the checkered flag waved. Cooked 3 decent sized pork chops rubbed with Uncle Yammy's Rub, raised direct at 375. Pulled at 160 internal temp after approx 45 minutes. Used a South Carolina mustard based dipping sauce from Big Bob Gibson. The rub and sauce worked very well together.
