Taco Bar with Spatcchock Chicken, Homemade Guacamole and Tortillas

Spatcchocked a chicken...rubbed with Dizzy Pig (got the sampler pack) and cooked indirect 375 dome until 165 internal.

Chopped chicken up and served with homemade guacamole, sides, and even talked SWMBO (reluctantly) into homemade corn tortillas.

A very nice, simple dinner.

    I raise my kids, cook and golf.  When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.
    Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

    I love taco bars! I'm doing something similar myself tomorrow! I started with the dizzy pig sampler, now I have almost every kind in a full size bottle, all good stuff!

    This is what you need to cook at Salado EggFest.
    Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.
