Corned beef - make my own

    So results in. I put the pastrami on Friday night for a low/slow to 150 degrees and I fell asleep waking Saturday morning at 5:30 to a BBQ temp of 350 and meat temp of 190 degrees. Thought I ruined it, but I cut it and put it in a water bath and in oven. Came out fantastic actually. Corned beef was great as well.
