We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! Bacon covered 1/2 lamb leg bone in - pr0n

Before and after pics of my bacon covered 1/2 leg of lamb.  Marinated for 6 hours with1/2 cup white wine, 1/2 cup of red wine vinegar, 1 tbs of garlic salt, 2 tsp of sugar, 1tsp of black pepper & 1/2 cup of EVOO.  Rubbed with mix of sweet paprika, brown sugar, kosher salt and black pepper.  3 hours at 250 with an internal temp of 155 degrees (I like it medium).
