We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Bacon covered 1/2 lamb leg bone in - pr0n

Before and after pics of my bacon covered 1/2 leg of lamb.  Marinated for 6 hours with1/2 cup white wine, 1/2 cup of red wine vinegar, 1 tbs of garlic salt, 2 tsp of sugar, 1tsp of black pepper & 1/2 cup of EVOO.  Rubbed with mix of sweet paprika, brown sugar, kosher salt and black pepper.  3 hours at 250 with an internal temp of 155 degrees (I like it medium).
