We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Pulled pork nachos.  Made some breakfast buritos this morning with the pork, scrambled egg, some cheese, and salsa.  Didn't take any pics though.  Nachos turned out pretty darned good.  Roasted some grape tomatos, onion, green pepper, refried beans, queso and cheddar cheese, sour cream and some carolina red sauce I made yesterday with the pulled pork.
