Went with 3-1-1 because I didn't like how soft they got last time out, great flavor but might split the difference next time. Dome Temp steady 235 throughout, used brown sugar,honey, apple juice in foil which did produce a nice glaze. First batch on AR and I absolutely love not having to deal with standing rack.
