JR's First Spatchcock Chicken tonight

I am doing my first spatchcock chicken right now. We have been doing beer can chicken for ever. I rubbed it with olive oil and John Henry's Texas Chicken Tickler. Cooking on a raised grid at 375 with pecan chips.
