Normally, I wouldn't create a posting talking about burgers, but I'm making an exception for this one. A few backs I cold smoked a bunch of cheese and last weekend I cold smoked some bacon. Additionally, I was able to locate a Dizzy Pig dealer when traveling for work and picked up seasonings. So last night, I decided to combine the projects into a single meal. Sprinkled the burgers with Cow Lick and the burgers were a hit with SWMBO and a couple of friends we had over. Here are the results.
