Skirt steak

Made some skirt steak with Oak Ridge BBQ Santa Maria Steak Rub, pretty good stuff.

    Read my mind Mickey. Got a few cuts of skirt steak for fajitas tomorrow night. Looking for a good recipe if you have one you don't mind sharing.

  • No fajitas just simple tacos, marinated overnight with the Santa Maria and 2 fresh squeezed limes.
  • Looks good. For fajitas we have been getting marinaded skirt steak from a local Mexican meat market.
