You just can't let the cold weather get in the way. Friday night was pan pizza, as a test we did one on the egg and one in the oven. The egg pizza was far superior and for some reason has a far crisper crust. I have to figure out a way to do two pan pizzas @ once on the egg.
Yesterday was spare ribs and wings. Even in the cold it is possible to overcook items when you paying too much attention to the football game. The wings came out great smoked for 2.5 hours @ 250 dome, the ribs were on for 6 hours @ 250, 5 hours probably would have been ideal.
