Choice Bone-In Filets

Nothing that impressive, just thought I'd share some pics.  Did 2 boneless filets and 2 bone in filets on egg last night at 650* direct.  They turned out GREAT.  Sorry the pics aren't that great.

Any tips at all on grilling steaks?  I'm certainly not used to this high of heat when cooking steaks.  Coming from a kinda crappy gas grill to this is certainly a different level  I don't temp my steaks, do the old school chef-style finger test for firmness.
