Turkey breast on BGE for second ever cook

Had an 8.5 lb monster breast...used Dr BBQ idea with Cajun butter injected etc....went 2 1/2 hrs I direct with plate setter..took out at 165 and let sit for a couple hrs.....absolutely freaking outstanding! Temp held very well at 350ish .... Injection taste was great....used apples and onion in cavity
