I have been long time lurker and decided it is time for a first post. And thought it would be appropriate just to say thanks for all the information I have gotten from all in the past 3 months.  I have had my Large Egg since September, with some good cooks and also some obvously less than desired results. But in all cases here is where I have come for all my advice and successful tips. So Thanks and now I hope to return the favor, with some tips and pics of my own.  Cooking Wings now as I type in prep for the game (GO COLTS), if they turn out good I will post pics
