Like many, I am trying to loose weight, and I've always found grilling to be a great tool. I'm following a modified paleo/Atkins version, so ground beef is OK but buns are not. Yesterday I made some Vietnamese stuffed grape leaves. When I ran out of leaves, I just cooked meat balls. I'll eat these for lunch with mint, basil, carrot and cucumber shreds all rolled up in a lettuce leaf with nuoc cham.
