Went to all the effort to heat up Egg to do pizza, so decided to try bread too. My wife made the dough, and I threw in on after we finished eating pizza. Really didn't know how to tell when it was ready (suggestions?), and probably took it off a minute or two too early, but was generally pretty good. Nice crust, bottom not burned, good flavor, just very middle not quite the right texture. Might need to use a lower temperature next time, this was done at about 550.

Most bread is between 375-475, depending on recipe etc... I usually target around 425. Bread has, to me, that distinctive hollow sound when it is done. Just tap the top....Delta B.C. - Whiskey and steak, because no good story ever started with someone having a salad!
