We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! Steaks on egg - snow was only a small issue

Did a few filets the other night, topped with crab meat, in a heavy Ohio snow. Cooked direct at 500*, olive oil/pepper and nothing else, flipped and added the crab meat. Then for the last minute cooked up some asparagus, with a little bacon salt and olive oil (yes bacon salt, awesome in a shaker).
