New Year's Eve Butts

I put these on at 11:30 PM and just pulled 15 1/2 hours later. Cooked @ 250° till internal was 195-200°. One was 11 lbs, the other 9 lbs. I will bring these to a New Year's Eve party in 4 hours so I don't know if I will get any pulled photos. One image shows my Stoker. The red line is my pit temp. The three lines below that are the three meat probe temps.
