Butt question

started 2 butts last night and forgot to plug the blower in on the DIGIQ DX2. Got up this AM and egg was rocking @ 160-170, butt was warm with internal of 68. Plugged blower in and ramped up egg to 270. Would you serve this to people tonight??????

I would. I did some butts where I went 200° for about 15 hours then ramped to 250°. It was a little too tender (mushy) for me but very eatable. They will be done later than you were planning so you might want to bump up the temp more.
