My butt (lol) just stalled at 144 degrees. That's the lowest I've ever had. Curious, what's the lowest you have seen a stall on a BB?

Personally? 160F. What temp is the dome at, is that thermometer calibrated, and what are you using to measure the internal temp?

DT is at 275. I use a cheap $20 digital thermometer with a meat probe to gauge IT throughout the cook. I then use the Thermapen for final reading.PROUD MEMBER OF THE WHO DAT NATION!

Huh, weird. Is the butt in a v-rack in a roasting pan? Maybe you had a thick coat of mustard that's been cooking off, or is there a water pan?

Yes, I have a water pan. The butt is directly on the CI grate. I'm about to pan it and should get to done (195-205) in a couple of hours.PROUD MEMBER OF THE WHO DAT NATION!
