Chicken Marinade Help

danv23danv23 Posts: 552
Hi all,

I picked up a couple of chickens to do beer can chicken tomorrow.  I was wondering if anyone has used an overnight marinade for the birds, if it turned out great or not worth it, and if worth it sharing the recipe.

Thanks!

The Dude: Yeah, well, you know, that's just, like, your opinion, man.

My favorite Chicken Marinade is "Stubb's Chicken Marinade ". You can find it at almost any grocery store. It beats any concoction I have ever come up with.

Get a chicken stand and get rid of the beer can, or spatchcock it.
