We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. We especially love these Beer Pork Tenderloin and Ground Beef Acorn Squash recipes! Southerner's Delight Pizza

A few weeks ago I decided to fix a pizza inspired by a restaurant in Chapel Hill, NC, Top of the Hill.  I started with homemade pimento cheese, I used shredded sharp cheddar, cream cheese, mayo, jalapeƱo's, and Frank's Hot Sauce.  I made a basic pizza dough, and used some leftover pulled pork, then drizzled with bbq sauce.  I was very pleased with the result but I'm still trying to perfect my dough.
