Bought a medium 7 years ago and love it, but the time has come to upgrade. Do I go with the Large or XL? Do I sell the medium and apply it towards the new one? If I decide to keep my medium does that change the size of the new one I should buy. I have a family now and these questions have been taunting me all month. Would love some insight from the group. Help!

I would buy an XL and keep the medium.  Use the medium when doing smaller cooks or when cooking 2 different temps.  Use the XL for large cooks.  I'd love to have a medium for most cooks as it can handle typical daily meals.

I had a LBGE for 15 years and never thought of another one.  I bought an XL and as soon as I got it I thought "I should have had one of these for the last 15 yrs".

Buy the XL and keep the medium would be my advice.
