This pizza was awesome. Will definitely make it again.
Grabbed some Whole Foods fresh dough. Used some Dizzy Pig season on a flattened chicken breast. Seared the breast and chopped it up into chunks.
On the pie went chunks first, Bone Suckin BBQ Sauce (thick with a little brown sugar added). Spread that like pizza sauce. Topped with Smoked Gouda cheese also some mozzarella.
Fresh crushed garlic, chopped cilantro,
Thin sliced red onion, and sliced fresh jalapeño.
Did about 500 degrees Dome temp and used BGE stone.
Pie is a great change up from the usual with some awesome flavors. It is a little on the sweet side though do if you don't want it sweet you should probably use pizza sauce instead of BBQ sauce although kind of defeats the purpose IMO.

Ahh, dude you're gonna love it. Only problem is all the extra weight it brings to yo bellay. Pizzas are fun cuz you can really customize them however you want or even just whatever you have laying around the house.LBGE, Weber OTG w/ Rotisserie, Weber Genesis S-330, Chargriller Duo, AR-15, AK-47 -
Great looking pies, like the toppings. Try cajun seasoned chicken, mozza and touch of pepper jack cheese and salsa as the sauce, also very good.Delta B.C. - Whiskey and steak, because no good story ever started with someone having a salad!
